The Alameda County Asian Law Enforcement Association (ACALEA) is dedicated to strengthening trust and collaboration between law enforcement and the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. Our mission is to bridge cultural understanding, foster mutual respect, and create meaningful partnerships that enhance public safety and unity throughout Alameda County.

Through mentorship, scholarships, and educational programs, we empower AAPI youth to become confident leaders and inspire them to pursue careers in law enforcement and public service. ACALEA also supports local small businesses by promoting safety awareness, partnership opportunities, and community engagement initiatives that contribute to a thriving, inclusive county.
